When I was in Bohol, I realized that I have been visiting this bar and restaurant in Panglao for 3 consecutive years now. It was in 2007 when my friend and I tried their affordable cottages and it was in 2008 when I had their wonderful breakfast almost every single day during my visit. I think you already know what I'm talking about. Yep, it's Oops! Bar.
From all the restaurants that I've tried along Alona Beach, Oops! is the one bar and restaurant where I found good food, good ambiance and good service. I met Uly, one of the owners, the first time I went to Panglao and he is still as fab as ever when i saw him in this trip.
Even though it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I had breakfast for my late lunch.
Filipino Breakfast (Hotdog and Longganisa)- Php200.00
American Breakfast (Bacon and Eggs)- Php200.00
All breakfast sets come with 2 eggs cooked in any style you want, 1 brewed coffee and 1 fruit shake or juice. And of course, it comes with an excellent view of the beach.
As always, their breakfast fares were fantastic! The bacon was crispy and not smothered with oil, the eggs were cooked just right, the servings were generous, the fruits were fresh and the coffee was good. By the way, Oops! Bar turns into a party place every Saturday. They even turned on their bubble machine for us.
And they're so excited to put the bubble machine in action with "lazer" for their Saturday disco.
