Since I've already been to Abuhan and Abuhan Dos during my previous visits in Cebu City, I made it a point to go to Abuhan Tres this time.
Abuhan is this simple restaurant where families and friends often dine. They've grown so popular that they felt the need to open 2 more branches. Hence, the birth of Abuhan Dos and Abuhan Tres. The first time I visited the place way back 2006 (after a night of serious partying), I fell in love with their Pochero and Sizzling Pochero. I bet you're thinking of Pochero as the chicken dish with tomato sauce, vegetables and banana. That was what I thought too when my friends mentioned the dish but when I got to Abuhan, I realized that Pochero is similar to what we have in Manila as Bulalo.
Of course, I ordered one of their bestsellers when I got to Abuhan Tres as well as their other dishes too.
