INCOGNITO IN MANILA: B'LEY MEETS BLUEY

as you all know, i bought tickets to the Incognito Concert last week.  i have been dreaming of seeing Bluey and the gang perform ever since i can remember and last night, my dream came true!

jeddokun and i arrived in Sofitel Philippine Plaza around 7:30pm, met Ninang and went inside the tent to grab us some seats.  a little later on, i got a text from jongster telling me to meet him at the entrance (because his ticket was with me) and to bring my digital camera.  i did what he said and before i knew it, we were walking across the Sofitel's huge lawn towards Bluey!

OMG. OMG. OMG. i was shaking, palpitating and sweating while making my way towards Bluey, the genius behind Incognito.  i shook his hand, my huge smile plastered on my face and for the first time in my life, i was seriously starstruck.

then when we were about to go back to the tent, i took out the Incognito CD flaps that i brought with me (hoping that i can get Bluey to sign them), handed them to jongster which he gave to Bluey.  When he learned the spelling of my name, he even said "oh, B'ley is like Bluey." OMG. i loved him even more!  while he was busy signing my Incognito albums, we were talking about the new album he's going to launch next month, his music and how he serves as an inspiration to me and to the rest of the world.  i only brought 3 albums with me and i was even thinking of bringing all my Incognito albums so he can sign 'em all. hehe.

before i left, i gave Bluey the tightest hug that i can muster and thanked him again for giving me his precious time.  He is very down-to-earth, humble and warm. *smile*

when we got back to the tent, it was show time!

it was one of the greatest times of my life.  it was so wonderful to see and hear Incognito play.  we all felt the love last night.  the love for music and the love for life.
