today is errands day plus 'beautification' day. after doing some errands in the early part of the morning, i went to meet jeddokun near his office so we can have lunch together. at first, we decided to go to Cantinetta in Pasong Tamo extension but jeddokun decided to bring me to Terry Selection instead. Terry Selection is similar to Santi's. they have a specialty store on the ground floor of the building, complete with wines, deli, cheeses, olive oils, herbs and spices. then, they have a restaurant on the second floor which specializes in Spanish cuisine.
as soon as i hit the stairs to the restaurant, i was giddy with excitement. i love dining in places new to me.
it's a good thing that the place is not crowded so we were able to find a nice spot. the server immediately gave us the menu as well as filled our glasses with water.
since they have a wide selection of dishes, it was a struggle for me not to order everything i like. hehe. after what seemed like forever, i went for the Grilled Garlic Baguette and Callos while jeddo ordered the Chixmosa sandwich which is basically ciabatta, chicken, greens, mozzarella, herbs and spices.
